Is EZ-TASQ a Jobber alternative for lawn care?

Do my customers have to download an app?

No. Send them the web portal. They sign in with email + a code, add a property, and pay. After that, arrival / done / charged updates go out as SMS under your company name.

What's the difference between Basic and Premium white-label?

Basic puts your logo and name inside the EZ-TASQ app, plus branded SMS and the client portal. Premium is your own store listing — your app name, icon, and splash.
